Moisturizing Summer Skincare Routine

Hello Everyone!

*This posts contains affiliates.

I wrote two skincare posts similar to this one back in January. Today I want to focus on my Moisturizing Summer Skincare Routine since Summer officially starts on Thursday June 21st.

Face and Bath Products

Tree Hut Bath Bomb with Detoxifying Charcoal in Fig & Olive
Tree Hut Lemon Blueberry Tart Shea Sugar Scrub
*Derma E Purifying Daily Scrub
*Derma E Purifying 2-in-1 Charcoal Mask
Derma E Illuminating Rosehip & Cranberry Face Oil

I'm going to be all about charcoal masks, scrubs, and Bath bombs this Summer. I love how scrubs keep my skin feeling so soft. My face tends to get oily so using charcoal based skincare helps reduce and control oil. I like to use this Derma E Illuminating Rosehip and Cranberry Oil on my face for the times my face feels dry. This is my second bottle. (The bottle tends to last a long time since my face isnt that oily)

Body Care Products

Tree Hut 24 Hour Intense Hydrating Shea Body Butter (Tropical Mango)
Tree Hut Moisturizing Body Lotion (Tropical Mango)
*Zoya Naked Manicure Healing  Hand & Body Cream
*Zoya Healing Hand & Body Serum

Just like the cold Winter air, Summer heat can sometimes cause my skin to dry. The temps are supposed to be in triple digits this week and my skin needs moisture.  I typically use body butter at night because it's just so hot to be going outside the house with heavy feeling lotions and Body butters. During the day I like to wear this Hand/Body Cream and serum. I use them separately and my skin feels hydrated throughout the day. That's right Zoya also sells body care and lipstick! (I'll have Zoya lipstick review in the near future)

A few other items I purchased at Walmart last week.

My skincare products change, but these are the products and types of products I tuse to maintain healhty hydrated skin.

What are some of your skincare products to use during the Summer?

I didn't know Zoya made bodycare. Their nail polish remover is my fave. I make a point o dry brush my skin more during the summer and I moisturize with a light oil.

Thanks Juanita! I use Palmer's a lot, but I wanted to focus on other brands I use for this post. I've been wanting to try products from The Body Shop!

Sunscreen is my number one priority during the summer. I also try to use light moisturizers and deodorants because I sweat a lot. Great post, doll!
