My Life in October 2019

Hello Everyone!

Another month is almost done, and that means it's time for a monthly lifestyle post! I want to thank everyone for well wishes on my last post. I still have a sinus infection, but hopefully I will feel better soon!

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month You may know that I'm a survivor of domestic violence. In the two years that I left that relationship, I've shared my experience with DV, and how I moved on with my life.

Mental health is another issue that hits close to home. Over the past 6 years I've shared my struggles with depression and anxiety and how I cope. It's not always easy having mental health issues, but I know things get better. Please be kind to others.

October is also a Breast Cancer Awareness Month. My hope is that one day there will be a cure to end this cancer and other illnesses.

A throwback of one my Fall related pictures from last year.

Monthly Lifestyle Posts turns 3!

I remember 3 years ago when I first posted a monthly Lifestyle post. There wasn't a particular reason I chose October, I just went with the current month at the time and wrote a recap. These monthly lifestyle posts are some of my most popular posts! You can check out the links to view my monthly lifestyle posts from the past 3 years under my photos above!

    1. Thank you Marie! Usually sinus infections tend to hit me hard. The worst part about this sinus infection are the constant headaches and dizziness.

  9. Those personalized make-up bags are cute. And I really like the glass pumpkin. Your make-up is so festive in the last picture. And I noticed your pretty blanket - it looks cozy. Would be nice to cuddle up in that and watch a good show. : )
