Glitter Inspired Thanksgiving Makeup

Hello Everyone!

Every year I like to create holiday makeup looks starting with Thanksgiving. For this year's Thanksgiving Inspired Makeup look, I went for a glitter eyeshadow paired with a vampy lipstick. Besides who said you can't wear glitter for Thanksgiving?!

Since this is a Thanksgiving makeup look, I kept the glitter eyeshadow subtle and paired it with a brown transition shade and simple winged liner. I didn't want to do a full glam, but I did add a pop of color on my cheeks.

To finish my look I went for a vampy lipstick. If you've been following me the last 6 years, you know that I love wearing a dark lipstick during the Fall.

    1. Thanks Sheri. I love wearing big hoops all throughout the year. These sparkly hoops are my favorite to wear during the holidays.

  3. This is a great look and even though the eyes are dramatic they are light and simple so nice with the contras to with the vampy lip!

  6. Love the white shadow but I have never been a fan of dark lipstick. I actually like the pale looking lips on me. You are wearing your hair differently.

    1. I've been wearing my hair differently since the end of Summer. Since I was diagnosed with those nutrient deficiencies this past Summer, that explained part of the reason my hair is so dry. The past few months I've been really focusing on keeping my hair healthy and moisturized.

  8. This is so pretty. My daughter gave me some metallic silver and Im still getting used to it. I’m old and got wrinkly eyelids so its hard to make any eye makeup pop on me.
