I like how you mention we don't all have that luxury.

    1. Thanks. I added that to my post because I've been seeing a lot of posts online about what people should be doing etc. It's true, not everyone has the luxury to do those things and I think people need to keep that in mind.

  5. Pilar, this is great post. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. Thank you for mentioning we're all doing the best we can. You're right, not everyone can have hobbies during a time like this. So many people have lost jobs and have many other worries. I think we all should be more considerate of what others are facing during this pandemic. Well written.

    1. Thanks. During a time like this all you can do is the best you can. No one should feel guilty if they don't learn a new skill etc. I agree we should all be considerate of what others are facing during this time.

  10. Great tips. We all deal in our own ways, it is important not to judge ourselves or others too harshly.

  11. These are great moves to improving mental health. This is always an ongoing challenge. I could not agree more that talking about how you feel really helps!

    1. Thanks. Talking really helps me during this pandemic. I can discuss my feelings instead of letting my feeling become overwhelming.
