I hope that everyone is having a fabulous start for the new year so far! Now that 2014 is officially here it's time for New Year Resolutions...I know very cliché lol. I really don't use the term New Year's Resolutions, personally I use the phrase positive lifestyle changes. Every year I try to maintain a postive lifestyle or add elements in my life to main my overall wellbeing etc. I think it's important not to over stress trying to make changes all at once. Rome wasn't built in a day...same applies with changing your lifestyle. Be dedicated, but not overzealous, all you can do is try your best :)
1. Go to Church more
2. Get more sleep and rest
3. Workout and eat more healthier
4. Continue my search for a job more related to my psychology degree.
5. Learn to take some time out for myself
Those are just a few of my positive lifestyle changes for 2014. Are you planning on making any changes for the new year?
Pilar

Happy New Year to you too, and thanks! Good luck with your goals!
DeleteI am with you on not using the term new year resolution. I never follow them, so I stopped making them. however I like the list you have. if I made a list some of what is on your list would be on mine, too. hope your resolutions happen.
ReplyDeleteThanks, and Happy New Year! I think sometimes when the word "resolution" is used it puts a lot of pressure on people to complete what thier striving to do. Instead I look at it as maintaining and changing my lifestyle in ways that are healthy and make me happy.
DeleteGreat choices dear! If you have any blog resolutions you are more than welcome to join us for The Resolute Beauty Blogger. Pilar, I love you attitude. Not everyone cares to try to be the best possible version of themselves; but it's quite apparent how you try to stay positive and true to yourself. I adore you darling!
ReplyDeleteThank you Shalunya! You're words are so kind!! I actually have been thinking about resolutions for my blog, but if I have anything to add to The Resolute Beauty Blog, I definitely will!
