Zoya Lipsticks

Lipstick is one one of my favorite makeup products. I love trying different brands of lipstick. So naturally when I found out Zoya Nail Polish also sold lipstick on and website, I was interested in trying them! These lipsticks were displayed in my Spring/Summer 2018 Makeup Haul

Layne

Layne by Zoya is a medium dusty rose in a hydrating cream formula.

Back to basics but even better; Zoya perfects the classic lipstick cream formula to allow lips to stay moist for hours without the mess. The medium wear formula is specifically designed to last 4 to 6 hours without cracking or drying. All this in a light weight yet well pigmented unflavored formula that you're going to love. Trust us!

Addie

Addie by Zoya is a pinky nude apricot in a hydrating cream formula.

My Thoughts

I absolutely LOVE these lipsticks! The formula is creamy and not drying my lips. The colors are so pigmented and long lasting. Cameron is the only color that gave me a little trouble because it looked a little patchy when applied to my lips. After 3 applications of lipstick I finally achieved the look I wanted. I think im going to pair Cameron with a lip liner or a clear lip gloss next time. Layne is a beautiful mauve shade that goes well with a variety of makeup looks. Addie is my favorite shade. Addie's soft pinky nude apricot color makes a beautiful lipstick!

Pilar in the Pantry: Slow Cooker Spaghetti Sauce and Homemade Meatballs

Hello Everyone!

Today I'm sharing a easy meal that I made back in April, slow cooker spaghetti and homemade meatballs. It's no secret that I love using my crock pot to make meals, but for some reason I never cooked the spaghetti sauce in the Crock Pot. This has to be the simplest meal that I have made in a long time!

For this Spaghetti Dinner I made my own homemade meatballs, but you can always use frozen meatballs. As a healthier alternative, I always baked my meatballs in the oven instead of trying them. I cooked the sauce and meatballs on high for about 4 hours. I also made the garlic butter for the garlic bread. For my Garlic Bread Recipe, CLICK HERE. About 30 minutes before the sauce was done, I boiled the noodles in a pot on the stove.

The finished product. The spaghetti dinner was pretty good. This meal is so quick and easy to make! I think that I'll start cooking the spaghetti sauce and homemade meatballs in the Crock Pot more often!

I still can't believe it's July! Today's post was spur of the moment, but here's a little recap of my day. Today was a pretty easy day (it's just too hot outside!) My mom loves July 4th, and I spent the day with her.

Hello Everyone!

Today I'm sharing my Summer Candles Collection, As promised in my Bath &Body Works SAS Summer 2018 Haul . During April and May I picked up and exchanged a few candles from Bath & Body Works. Some candles are long time favorites such as Pineapple Mango, Watermelon Lemonade, Georgia Peach, and Mango Coconut (aka Mango Coconut Cooler). I'm also sharing candles that I wanted to try. Near the end of this post I'll be showing the new Summer Collection at Bath & Body Works.

Memorial Day Mini Haul 

I was surprised I liked this candle since it has a floral scent. It's not a strong floral scent, more of a fresh floral scent.

Happy Island Papaya smells so wonderful! How cute is this magnetic sea shell candle topper?!

Mango Coconut and Happy Island Papaya make a great candle combination!

Tiki Beach is new to my collection. This has a light coconut beach type scent.

Other than the cute packaging, I'm not that impressed with this year's Summer collection. Endless Weekend is the only candle I might purchase in the future since it smells the same every year.

Bath & Body Works SAS Summer 2018

Hello Everyone!

It's one of the most wonderful times of the year! Bath & Body Works SAS!! For everyone that follows my blog and Instagram page already know that I love Bath & Body Works. Last week I went to pick up a few items (oh how I love gift cards and sales)

You know why I'm here lol. This was the first Bath & Body Works I visited.

Hand Soaps

Success part 2 lol

Bags from the SAS. I went back a few times during last week. Don't forget some of the prices drop on various items throughout each week.

My lovely haul. For the SAS, I focused on getting body care items and hand soaps

I was down to my last two hand soaps so I picked up a few more. Strawberry Lemon smells so good!

This scent smells so good. The lavender and vanilla reminds me of the Aveeno Calming Baby Lotion Lavender and Vanilla. The scent is very similar.

Last year I missed out on getting my Honolulu Sun body care set. Someone apparently poured at least two bottles of the body wash into one of the bins and it was a mess! So I went back the next day and it Honolulu Sun was practically gone. I went to order online and the body cream was the only thing left. Not this year lol, This was the fragrance I first added to my basket in while I was in the store. 

Country Apple and Peaberry are two of my favorite fragrances! This is my first time trying Maui Mango Surf. I only picked up the body wash. I love tropical  mango scents.

Rose Quartz is also new to my collection. This is one of the few floral scents that I actually, and it's not overpowering.

This is the 3rd Bath & Body Works I visited.

No candles?! Surprising I know, but for this haul I really wanted to focus on stocking up on body care items. I did a haul back in April and May so I'll probably post my Favorite Summer Candles soon.
