Bath & Body Works Collective Spring Candle Haul 2022

 Hello Everyone!

Now that Spring is here is time to bring out some of my favorite Spring (and Summer) candles.

This is actually a collective haul that I started around my birthday back in December. I mentioned that I unless I have gift cards or candle exchanges I'm not really purchasing many candles. I love my candles, but Bath & Body Works are constantly going up on prices. They don't great sales or coupons anymore. The last sale they had was weekend before last and the candles were $12.95 which was a shock.

I typically stick to the same scents. I love coconut, pineapple, watermelon, and lemon scents. I also received two Dogwood Pedestal 3-Wick Candle Holders for free with my rewards.

1. Tiki Beach

- What it smells like: creamy, coconutty paradise.
Fragrance notes: warm vanilla musk, orchids and toasted coconut.

2. White Gardenia

- What it smells like: a sweet, lush garden in full
   bloom.
Fragrance notes: classic white gardenia, fresh picked greenery, sweet apple and white tuberose.

3. Pineapple Mango

- What it smells like: an oh-so fruity touch of the
   tropics.
Fragrance notes: fresh pineapple juice, mango and vine-ripened raspberry.

4. Sugared Lemon Zest

- What it smells like: a sweet, tangy, smile-inducing
   lemon drop.
Fragrance notes: tangy Sorrento lemons, bright lemon zest and fresh sugarcane.

5. Watermelon Lemonade

- What it smells like: a sweet, tangy refresher.
Fragrance notes: watermelon ice, sparkling water and Meyer lemon.

6. Dogwood Pedestal 3-Wick Candle Holders

What are your favorite Spring Scented Candles?

Streaming Lately

 Hello Everyone,

*Disclaimer: Descriptions and photos information are provided by google.com

I know it's been a few weeks since I last posted, but today I wanted to post a few shows that I've been watching incase you want to catch up on some TV this weekend. This was a great time for me to watch Bridgerton Season 2 since I've been resting the past few days. I finally was able to get my Moderna Booster shot this week and I had some issues with constant arm pain.

Bel Air: Peacock

A re-imagination of the beloved sitcom "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" set in modern-day America through a new, dramatic take on Will's complicated journey from the streets of West Philadelphia to the gated mansions of Bel Air. As these worlds collide, he reckons with the power of second chances while navigating the conflicts, emotions and biases of a world far.

My Thoughts

I saw the first episode of Bel-Air and I was impressed. I'm a fan of the original Fresh Prince of Bel-Air so I was curious to see the reboot. I noticed from the first episode that this version is more intense than comedic, but still a good start from what I saw. I'm unsure if I'll catch the other episodes since I don't have a full subscription to Peacock, but the first episode was free and worth checking out.

Inventing Anna: Netflix

A journalist investigates the case of Anna Delvey, the Instagram-legendary heiress who stole the hearts and money of New York elites.

My Thoughts

I remember when this story made news a few years ago about Anna Delvey (Sorokin) pretending to be an heiress. I didn't know a Netflix series was in production, but Inventing Anna kept my interest. It's bold, comedic, and an outlook on the mind and actions of a someone pretending to be something they're not.

The Tinder Swindler: Netflix

A group of women who were the victims of a dating app based swindler join together in an attempt to hunt him down and recover the millions of dollars that were stolen from them.

My Thoughts

I don't understand how people give so much money to someone they barely know. I don't do online dating in general, but for those that do, please be careful. I tell you if it seems to good be true then it probably is. To call this guy a con artist is an understatement.

Bridgerton Season 2: Netflix

Bridgerton” is back, dear readers, this time following the love story of eldest sibling Anthony Bridgerton as he seeks out his perfect match on the marriage mart, a young woman named Edwina Sharma, but finds himself falling in love with her older sister, Kate.

My Thoughts

Like the discription states, Bridgerton is back! I may or may not have binged watched season 2 last night into early this morning (4am to be exact!). The second season was pretty good. I'm glad the series focused more on the Anthony's look for love this season. There's drama, suspense, heartbreak, and love. Definitely check out season 2 if you're a Bridgerton fan.

As I mentioned I tried to give my thoughts on each show without giving away to many details etc. Have you watched any of these shows? If so what are your favorites? Which ones do you want to check out?

 Hello Everyone!

Now that I'm 36 years old, I look back on how my skincare has changed over the years to suit needs of my skin. There are so many different skincare routines, it can become overwhelming. Today I wanted to share a basic skincare routine for beginners using DERMA E Products.

DERMA E Brightening Cleanser

STEP 1: Cleanser

Cleansing your face should be an important step in your skincare routine. You're cleansing away your makeup, preventing bacteria and breakouts etc. Besides cleansing your face keeps it healthy.

DERMA E Vitamin C Concentrated Serum

STEP 2: Serum

Serums are another key element that helps maintain healthy skin. Serums are known to have concentrated amount of active ingredients and lock in moisture.

DERMA E Vitamin C Eye Cream, No Dark Circles Perfecting Cream

STEP 3: Eye Cream

Eye creams have so many different benefits such as reducing the appearance of dark circles, and minimizes the look of puffines.

DERMA E Skin De-Stress Calming CBD Moisturizer

STEP 4: Moisturizer

Moisturizing your face helps reduce irritation, dryness and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Moisturizing your face also can help apply your makeup smoothly.

DERMA E Ultra Hydrating Lip Plumping Treatment

STEP 5: Lip Treatment

Moisturizing your face helps reduce irritation, dryness and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Moisturizing your face also can help apply your makeup smoothly.

DERMA E Scar Cream Sun Protectant SPF 35

STEP 6: Sunscreen

Last, but not least don't forget the sunscreen. This step should be included if your doing this skincare routine in the morning. You don't have to necessarily be out in the sun to wear suncreen, but sunscreen protects your skin against skin cancer and skin changes.

I wanted to do a mixture of sensitive, hydrating, and brightening skincare products for this beginner skincate routine since people tend to focus on those areas etc. This beginners skincare routine isn't time consuming and it helps get you into a skincare routine. Whether you're a beginner to skincare or you're trying to simplify your skincare routine, this guide can help you along the way.
