Lion Brand Yarns: First Impressions

Hello Everyone!

* Disclaimer: This post includes PR Samples from Lion Brand Yarns. I want to thank Lion Brand Yarns for sending these items. All opinions are 100% my own.

Today I'm excited to share that I recieved a few skeins of yarn from Lion Brand Yarns! I will be doing a collaboration with the brand on an upcoming Spring project! Spring is such a beautiful season, and I can hardly wait to get started!

The skeins of yarn came neatly packaged in this plastic covering.

This is my first time using Lion Brand Yarns. I was given opportunity to choose the type of yarn for my upcoming project and I went with the Pound of Love (16 oz, 100% Premium Acrylic)

Lavender  (144)

This has to be the softest yarn I have ever felt! I absolutely love the texture. I chained a few loops to get a feel of the yarn and so far I really like this skein of yarn! I'm not going to show the chain I crocheted since I want my project to be surprise :)

Antique White (099)

Since this is a Spring project I'll probably start crocheting over the weekend or the beginning of next week to have it done by early Spring. So stay tuned!

This yarn looks so nice and soft. Love the lavender color. How nice that you were given some of this yarn to experiment on your next project. Can't wait to see what it is. You really have a talent, Pilar.

The colors are really pretty! Can't wait to see what you do with it! I wish I was more crafty. It would definitely be nice to be able to knit/sew/etc. and make some cute clothes and accessories, but I'm not that talented. LOL.
