Back in March, I wrote a review on Aromatherapy Focus: Eucalyptus & Tea Body Wash & Foam Bath and Lotion . Today I have Aromatherapy Body care items from the Lavender & Vanilla line. I picked up these items during the SAS in June.

My Thoughts

Other than the wonderful scent of these products I really don't think these products help me get a good night's rest. I noticed that these products are soothing, and calming, but like I stated I don't really see much of a change in the way I rest. I've had insomnia off and on for the past few years, but it has gotten better. I have noticed that after my shower or bath I feel less stressed. The body wash & foam lathers so well and my tub is filled with bubbles. The body lotion is thick in textured and keeps my skin moisturized throughout the night. I will continue to use and probably repurchase these products because I love the scent and the calmness I feel before I go to bed.

Dollar Tree Pre Fall Haul

Hello Everyone!

I know it's still Summer, but you may have noticed the last few posts have been Fall related. I'm just so excited for my favorite season to arrive. Today I wanted to share my Dollar Tree Pre Fall Haul. Don't forget to check out my Fall's Coming! Post to see the in store Fall items!

Dollar Tree had so many cute signs! It was hard for me to narrow the signs down lol, but happy with my selections. You probably already guessed that I have a slight obsession with pumpkin decor.

What's Fall without leaves? These beautiful glitter leaves are going to be perfect for the season! I picked up a few candle holders as well. I decided to do a Dollar Tree haul since the store has so many amazing cute items that I can decorate my home for Fall! and other seasons/holidays!

Morning Walks

Hello Everyone!

This isn't my apartment complex, This is just one of the places that I like to walk.

Part of my counseling treatment is that I do light exercise. Up until a few years ago I used to try to exercise on a regular basis, but I slacked off until recently. My counselor suggested that I get back to light exercise to help ease some of my depression and anxiety symptoms.

For the past few weeks I've started walking in the mornings. I find that walking does help ease my anxiety in the morning. It takes my mind off of things and I'm getting in touch with nature. When I went to the doctor last month I found out that I've lost 9lbs!

I like to get out early and go walking since it's so hot here. The times it's too hot in the morning or I get a late start, I try to walk around the mall before it opens. I'll would like start back with cardio soon, but for right now I'm enjoying my morning walks.

Hello Everyone!

Fall Decorated Tree in the front of Hobby Lobby. I love this Fall themed tree!

Over the weekend I went to browse around Hobby Lobby and Dollar Tree to see the new Fall items/decor. If you didn't know this, I absolutely love Fall! I've expressed my love for Fall over the years on my blog, so when I see Fall decor in stores it makes me happy.

Fall decor is arriving at Dollar Tree. There wasn't a lot of decor at one of the Dollar Tree's I visited. I'm thinking that will change in the upcoming weeks.

Pre Fall Decorations/Items 

Magnetic Fall Leaves and a Pumpkin Cupcake candle from Bath & Body Works. I've had my eye on these magnetic leaves for a while. 

 I picked up a few pink ceramic that were 40% off from Hobby Lobby.

Lastly, a few pumpkins from Dollar Tree. I really love the message Thankful & Blessed on one of the pumpkins.

I'm thinking about keeping the dish cloths yellow in the kitchen this Fall.

 I made a homemade chicken pot pie for dinner tonight. One of my Favorite Fall meals.

I'm enjoying the Summer days, even though it's been extremely hot in South Carolina. I can't wait until my favorite season, Fall :) Who else is excited for Fall?

I love the elegance of the displays in Yankee Candle. The displays are always So pretty!

I've never tried any wood wick candles. Anyone have any experience with these types of candles?

Cute scented car charms and refills

Sometimes I really want to get the large jar candles so I can purchases the glass shades, but I like the large 2  wick tumbler candles much better. 

My haul. I'm not going to focus too much on the candles right now, since I'm planning to post a Fall Candles Haul.

I know I said I wasn't going to focus on the candles since I plan on doing and haul/review, but Luscious Pumpkin Trifle smells absoultely amazing!

My first time using Yankee Candle car accessories. These are so cute!

I actually had to get a price adjustment since the car vents were buy 2 get 1 free and the store. I'm glad I caught that!
