My Thoughts
Other than the wonderful scent of these products I really don't think these products help me get a good night's rest. I noticed that these products are soothing, and calming, but like I stated I don't really see much of a change in the way I rest. I've had insomnia off and on for the past few years, but it has gotten better. I have noticed that after my shower or bath I feel less stressed. The body wash & foam lathers so well and my tub is filled with bubbles. The body lotion is thick in textured and keeps my skin moisturized throughout the night. I will continue to use and probably repurchase these products because I love the scent and the calmness I feel before I go to bed.

I agree, a product like this, as beautiful as it smells, can only add to a good nights sleep, but not miraculosly conjure it all on it´s own.

Even though these products didn't really help you to sleep better, they sound really pleasant to use. I often diffuse lavender and vanilla essential oils at night for relaxation.
These products sound lovely. It's too bad the products didnt help you sleep and rest better.

The Aromatherapy Sleep line is one of my favorites scents!
I'm a big fan of lavender but I have to admit that it has never helped me to fall asleep more easily or to sleep better. When I have sleep issues, I don't get much help from aroma-therapy. Taking a bath or a shower and/or using products like these ones can certainly help us relax but there is no guarantee that they will help us to sleep better. Still, they are great for relaxing! Plus, I love that feeling of home spa they provide us with. I bought some lavender massage oils recently.

I have tried pure lavendar oil on my temples for relaxation before sleep - but it needs to be quite concentrated. Love the scent too - thanks for sharing your experience with us!
These products are very pleasant to use! I didn't think about using lavender and vanilla essential oils. I hear and read so many postive reviews for essential oils!

No I missed that sale. I love the Aromatherpy line, but I only buy these products when they're on sale or during the SAS. I wish B&BW would bring back the free item up $13.50 coupon. I haven't seen those coupons in months!

I love BBW Aromatherapy products. I think I tried the Sleep ones before but I like the ones in the green and red packaging.
I love them too! The sleep line of products smell wonderful! I like the new Rose & Vanilla products too!
