I've been wearing a pastel and neutral colors most for most of the Spring. Yesterday I switched things up by creating a smokey eye. Typically I wear smokey eye makeup during the Fall and Winter, but I will wear it occasionally during the Spring and Summer.
I haven't used my Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette in a few months so I took it out to create this Late Springtime Smokey Eye.
I wore Victoria's Secret Velvet Liquid Lipstick in this red shade (I forgot the name). I like to wear smokey eye makeup paired with a red lip.

Oh Pilar, I haven't worn red lipstick in so long, and you look so pretty in it. The smokey eye shadows you always use look very nice, and you apply it well. And black is such a cool color to wear in Winter and Summer.
It's getting hot here and just trying to stay cool. I know it gets hot there in the Summer months as well. But let's try to enjoy it. At least we get to wear the shorts, t-shirts, and sandals. ; )

Thanks Marie! I love the quality of the Liquid Velvet Matte Lipsticks. The lipsticks are more velvet than matte, but they're so comfortable to wear on my lips. I'm glad VS started selling makeup again! These lipsticks are good to get during sales or bundles!
