Beginners Guide to Skincare feat. DERMA E

 Hello Everyone!

Now that I'm 36 years old, I look back on how my skincare has changed over the years to suit needs of my skin. There are so many different skincare routines, it can become overwhelming. Today I wanted to share a basic skincare routine for beginners using DERMA E Products.

DERMA E Brightening Cleanser

STEP 1: Cleanser

Cleansing your face should be an important step in your skincare routine. You're cleansing away your makeup, preventing bacteria and breakouts etc. Besides cleansing your face keeps it healthy.

DERMA E Vitamin C Concentrated Serum

STEP 2: Serum

Serums are another key element that helps maintain healthy skin. Serums are known to have concentrated amount of active ingredients and lock in moisture.

DERMA E Vitamin C Eye Cream, No Dark Circles Perfecting Cream

STEP 3: Eye Cream

Eye creams have so many different benefits such as reducing the appearance of dark circles, and minimizes the look of puffines.

DERMA E Skin De-Stress Calming CBD Moisturizer

STEP 4: Moisturizer

Moisturizing your face helps reduce irritation, dryness and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Moisturizing your face also can help apply your makeup smoothly.

DERMA E Ultra Hydrating Lip Plumping Treatment

STEP 5: Lip Treatment

Moisturizing your face helps reduce irritation, dryness and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Moisturizing your face also can help apply your makeup smoothly.

DERMA E Scar Cream Sun Protectant SPF 35

STEP 6: Sunscreen

Last, but not least don't forget the sunscreen. This step should be included if your doing this skincare routine in the morning. You don't have to necessarily be out in the sun to wear suncreen, but sunscreen protects your skin against skin cancer and skin changes.

I wanted to do a mixture of sensitive, hydrating, and brightening skincare products for this beginner skincate routine since people tend to focus on those areas etc. This beginners skincare routine isn't time consuming and it helps get you into a skincare routine. Whether you're a beginner to skincare or you're trying to simplify your skincare routine, this guide can help you along the way.

This looks like a solid routine. I wish I had been more mindful of sun protection when I was younger but I'm trying to make up for it by being hyper vigilant now.

These products sound easy to use. Skincare is overwhelming with so many products. I should try the Derma E sunscreen. I have tried various brands for my face but they all seem to cause a breakout.

I like this skin product guide. I have to start a skin care regimen. I may have to follow this guide. But again will these products and or steps leave your skin oily?

Thanks Kristen! These products shouldn't leave your skin oily unless you have oily skin in general. If you have oily skin I would use less of the products or try alternative DERMA E products for dry skin. I hope this info helps!
