Vampy FOTD ft. The Balm Nude'tude Palette Review

Hello Everyone!

I'm loving Fall so far and my neutral/dark colors. As much as I love my colorful makeup, I missed wearing dark and neutral colors. So today I bring you my Vampy FOTD and the Balm Nude'tude Palette Review

The Balm Nude'tude Palette

Apperance

- Classic/vintage design
- Sleek smooth cardboard design with magnetic closure
- Large mirror
- 12 Beautiful neutral colors that have a satin finish
- Naughty theme "nude" presents the name of the palette and censorship of the ladies with each shadow
- Two sided brush

My Thoughts

This is a good palette if you like neutral and dark colors, but honestly I'm not too impressed with it. I've only used this palette about four times since I bought it last Christmas. I guess I don't reach for all that much. As for fallout, my palette has a lot of it which I don't like. I think that I may have received a bad palette since I don't hear to much about fallout issues. I also don't really like the brush because I find it a little difficult to apply eyeshadow on my lids. My brush actually came apart! (I was able to fix it) Even though you can create different looks with this palette, it's definitely not one of my favorites.

The look you did looks pretty Pilar!!! I also have this palette and I never use it. I've had it for a few years and probably only used it 3 times at most!

Thank you Ashley! Lol only 3 times?! I have to force myself to use this palette it looks practically brand new. I'm giving it to my mom since she likes the colors. Maybe she can show the palette some love because I certainly can't lol. I wasn't too impressed with this palette.

I love the looks you created Pilar. It's a really cute palette, but I know I don't do well with really dark colors around the eyes. LOL I just don't know how to apply them properly. I need to take a makeup class just for that.

I have this palette too and I don't use mine that much either. I have to say this was a major let down for me. You created a gorgeous look! I love the colors you used!

This is a cute palette! I remember when everyone started getting this palette, but then I never heard more about it. I guess it must be because of the fallout issues, like you said. People don't seem to talk about it much anymore. Love the look you created!

Thank you Kim! The packaging is cute, but the colors just didn't impress me. When in doubt, I use dark shadows with a light hand when applying. Taking a makeup class sounds like it would be fun and informative!

Thank you Beth! I don't what it is about this palette, but I just don't care for it. One of the major issues I had was all the fallout!

Thank you Lauren! I remember when this palette was so popular! I've also noticed people don't talk about it much anymore.

Too bad the palette didn't meet your expectations, but you created a gorgeous look with it!

Thank you! Yeah, it's too bad, but at least I was able to create a few looks with it before I gave the palette to my mom.
