Hello Everyone!
It's been a while since I made or posted my homemade Crock Pot Lasagna. Last night I cooked the meat and sauce to let it set overnight in the fridge. This morning I woke up early to layer the lasagna ingredients in the Crock Pot.
It's supposed to be extremely hot and humid here this week so I'm trying to use the stove and oven less as possible lol. Since this is a 6 quart Crock Pot, I'll have plenty Lasagna left over to share and freeze.
I shared my recipe for Crock Pot Lasagna years ago here on my blog, and I'm still using the same recipe.

I have made that before it was so good!
Your crock pot Lasagna looks delicious, Pilar, and so easy to make. That's a good idea to use the stove and oven less when it's that hot out. It rained here and a bit chilly this morning, so I was glad about that. I think your bread adds a little something to the meal also. Enjoy the leftovers!

The lasagna looks delicious Pilar! Stay cool!
Great idea! I never heard of cooking lasagna in a crock pot before. Home cooked meals like this that freeze well are great to make. We don't have a slow cooker but we recently purchased a convection oven with the air fryer. We are using that now way more often than the regular oven. Big energy saver!
This looks yum!

Looks so yummy.
Kisses!
This looks delicious Pilar! I miss foods like lasagna and pasta since I've gone low carb.
:)
Thank you, and you're welcome!
I first made this in 2014, and I've been making Lasagna in the Crock Pot ever since!
Thanks Sheri! This lasagna is easy to make and it was so good! I was going to use french bread to make garlic toast, but the store was out of stock. It was fine, because I usually like to use regular bread to make garlic toast anyway:)
Thanks Marie!
Thanks Val! I've been making lasagna in the Crock Pot for almost 10 years. It's my favorite way to make lasagna! I hear so many good things about air fryers!
Thanks Lovely!
Thanks Adriana!
Thanks Rowena!
