Courage Believe Inspire

Hello Everyone!

I guess on a roll with these motivational posts. Recently I was drinking out of one of my favorite water bottles which is the inspiration for today's post. The words on the bottle are courage believe inspire. Over the past few months I've been in treatment for my depression and anxiety issues. These words on the water bottle mean so much to me in various ways.

Courage

I had the courage to admit to myself I was struggling emotionally and I sought treatment last Summer to help me cope. It takes courage to face all the things life can throw at you. I don't know who needs to hear this, but keep going. You're doing the best you can. Courage is facing life even when you feel the odds are against you.

Believe

I believe in God and that God has a purpose for me that I don't always understand. As I try to become closer to God, I'm learning to turn to God when I feel lost and worried. I constantly remember that I have to let my faith be bigger than my fears. I also believe there is hope.  I have the belief that God will take care of things for the best. As I stated before, I'm not one to push my own personal religious on anyone. If you're going through something you may want to turn to God. Just a suggestion.

Inspire

When I first started my blog I wanted to inspire people. I can only hope that when you all read my blog you take something meaningful from it. I know there are so many people that struggle alone and in silence with mental health. To tell the world that I struggle with anxiety and depression was one of the most bravest things I've done. To tell the world that I'm a survivor of domestic violence was also brave. I hope by sharing my stories of strength, struggle, and determination that I inspire people that you are more than your obstacles.

I love your motivational posts. Courage Believe Inspire is a wonderful inspirational formula and I can see why you like it. Reading your explanation of what this word formula means to you was very motivational and inspirational. Yes, it definitely takes courage to admit we're struggling. It took me courage to write about my health struggles on my blog, sometimes it is really not easy to talk about the things we might be going through. However, we need to remember that our experiences can help others. We can give others courage by sharing. You are very wise! Believing is also important, it doesn't have to be good, but it helps to believe...in kindness, human spirit, anything positive. I do believe in God, but like most people I only remember God when I have nowhere else to turn. God is always there for us, but we often something we tend to forget. That's definitely something I need to change about myself.

This is a great post Pilar! Yes you are inspiring, and strong.
I am also a victim of domestic abuse. I rarely speak of it as it haunts me.
God does and will always give you strength if you trust him. Your post was right on.
You are a sweetie.

Thanks Sheri. Throughout my life I've felt like my faith has been tested, but I've never let go of God's hand. I agree strong faith is important. I also feel it's important to have hope as well. I'm glad that I could help :)

Thanks Ivana. I'm glad that you enjoy my motivational posts. This is my favorite water bottle. The words are so inspiring. I agree talking about your personal life can be difficult, but we're all only human. Life happens to us all. You are helping others by sharing your health struggles. You're letting others know they're not alone. Courage comes in many different forms. You're right it does take courage to share personal stories about your life. It's very humbling to know God is there. As I get older, I turn to God more through good and bad times.

Thanks Lisa. You're inspiring and strong as well. I'm sorry to hear you went through that. I know what you mean. Domestic violence comes in different forms, but DV leaves many feeling traumatized. It took me a long time to talk about it. My mom says that all the time about God giving us strength if we trust in him. That's such an important thing to remember.
