My Life in November 2016

Hello Everyone!

Happy December! Here we are in the last month of the year. December is also my birthday month. For those of you that don't know I was born on Christmas Day, that's right I'm a Christmas Baby :)

I had so much fun and received so much positive feedback on My Life in October 2016, I figured why not do a November lifestyle post as well?! I hope you enjoy!

November 1st

Happy 40th Birthday Hello Kitty!! Incase you didn't November 1st is the 40th anniversary of Hello Kitty:) Here are my Hello Kitty Embossed Bags and wallet

My bag for the day

DIY's Handmade Items

I finally found a cylinder candle holder that's been out of stock for months! I've been wanting to make this body mist holder for the longest time!

My set up for my DIY body mist holder

Miscellaneous

I was bed ridden from allergies and sinuses issues for a few seconds at the beginning of November

Feeling better:)

My friends at Palmer's sent me a few products!

I decided to get a few candles when they were on sale at Bath and Body Works. I was so excited to get these the next day when I ordered the candles through standard shipping!

I was so excited that Bath and Body Works liked my picture on my Instagram page!

Another fan moment! Bath and Body Works liked another one of my pictures within the same week :)

Some Christmas Decor at Dollar Tree

Christmas Mugs at Dollar Tree

I decided to get a set of four of these cute Snowman Mugs from Dollar Tree.

This is so inviting on a cold evening. I shared this recipe on the blog earlier in November during for the Love of Chocolate Week.

Bath Time. I have a fond appreciation for baths lol. The candle holder is one of my creations. I just added a red bow.

November 22nd and November 23rd: Thanksgiving Prep

Cutting a few veggies for some of the food dishes

 Homemade Mac and Cheese

Homemade Sweet Potato Pie

My mama's homemade Pound Cake. This went so quickly on lol

The pound cake cut into slices

Homemade Dressing

Turkey Breast for Turkey Day

Thanksgiving Day: November 24th

Here is some of my Thanksgiving Decor above the fireplace. I burned these candles while I watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. I was so tired on Thanksgiving morning lol since I was up late cooking with my mama the two days leading up to Thanksgiving, but it was well worth it cooking for my loved ones. Everyone was having such a nice time nobody thought to take out phones to take any pictures lol. I usually do an after Thanksgiving post type of post, but since I was doing a November lifestyle post, I figured I would include my day here.

Thanksgiving OOTD. I kept things simple for my outfit

Waiting for guests to arrive

Thanksgiving Dinner

Dessert Time lol :)

End of the day selfie lol

Saturday November 26th

I didn't do any black Friday shopping the whole weekend, and Saturday night I decided to draft a few blog posts.

Sunday November 27th

I put up the Christmas tree. Decorations will come later

I switched out the flowers in one of my mirror boxes in my room to these gold Poinsettias.
