Gorgeous makeup! Is that Estee Lauder Blush Palette available or is a part of their annual holiday set?

Thanks! I received this blush as a part of Estee Lauder's Holiday Set a few years ago. I'm not sure if this blush is still available or sold individually. Hope this info helps!
